Andrew has been involved in the civil engineering industry for more than 25 years. He has a New Zealand certificate in civil engineering. Andrew is experienced in subdivision and foundation designs, civil and structural drafting and construction supervision, engineering surveying, earthworks, utilities, and the preparation and management of civil engineering contracts.
